Streamcord relies on data from its users (aka you!) to run properly. This article will give you a run-down on what data we collect from you.
What commands are being used
How many voice clients are active
How many servers and users the bot has
How often features are being used (notifications, live role, etc)
Web analytics, through Google Analytics and occasionally Hotjar
Notifications & Live Role configuration
Generic user information (username, avatar, etc)
What servers you are in
A list of your servers is only stored in cache and is removed every time you log out from the dashboard.
Your Streamlabs account information, if provided
Your StreamElements account information, if provided
Your Twitch account information, if provided
Patreon data (email, Discord username, etc), if applicable
We do not collect information about how you, as a single user, specifically use Streamcord or its related services.
Your personally identifiable data never leaves our server. It will be stored in a private, secured database where it can only be accessed by Streamcord's developers.
If you would like to view all of the information that our services have collected about your user account, go to your privacy settings on the dashboard. Click "Request data" to receive a single JSON file with all data that Streamcord has stored about you.
To delete any Streamcord-related data that you may have given us, go to your privacy settings on the dashboard. Click "Delete account" and complete the Captcha.
If you would like data from your owned servers (notifications & live role) deleted, please open a support ticket in our Discord server and inform the staff team that you would like your information deleted.
