Streamcord relies on data from its users (aka you!) to run properly. This article will give you a run-down on what data we collect from you.

What we collect

Anonymous metrics, such as:

  • What commands are being used

  • How many voice clients are active

  • How many servers and users the bot has

  • How often features are being used (notifications, live role, etc)

  • Web analytics, through Google Analytics and occasionally Hotjar

Data you directly provide to the bot:

  • Notifications & Live Role configuration

Data you have provided to Discord:

  • Generic user information (username, avatar, etc)

Data you provide when using the dashboard:

  • What servers you are in

    • A list of your servers is only stored in cache and is removed every time you log out from the dashboard.

  • Your Streamlabs account information, if provided

  • Your StreamElements account information, if provided

  • Your Twitch account information, if provided

Other data:

  • Patreon data (email, Discord username, etc), if applicable

We do not collect information about how you, as a single user, specifically use Streamcord or its related services.

How is information processed and stored?
